Refund & Cancellation Policy – Raxmax by CROP AGRICULTURE

We want you to have a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
  • Customized or special-order items
  • Personal care items (if applicable)

Refunds

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue is from our side.

Failed Transactions

  • If payment is deducted but order is not confirmed, the amount will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank.
